Ballston Spa Community Youth Football
Founded in 2014
Background
The Ballston Spa Community Youth Football Program was founded in 2014 by a group of parents and coaches who wanted to provide an alternative Football program for elementary aged students. As a member of the Capital District Community Youth Football (Established in 2012) and bound by their rules and regulations, we share their vision for teaching fundamentals of the game and building confidence in the players as athletes and young members of the community. Currently, we have over 150 families involved in this program.
Mission
Ballston Spa Community Youth Football (BSCYF) builds and maintains a highly visible program fostering and developing personal skills and football abilities of all children. Our program will make every effort to ensure all children with the desire to participate are allowed to play, regardless of skill level. We want to provide a safe nurturing environment building champions for life. Community support and involvement is the heart of this program.
RPI Scholarship
We will be donating half the proceeds from the tournament to a graduating Senior from Ballston Spa High School who will be pursuing a degree in Engineering at RPI.
